The most underrated YouTube goldmine? Kids animation 💸 721K subs. 24 videos. No face. No voice. No trends. Just stories + consistency. This is not luck. It’s niche selection. Want the blueprint? Comment “KIDS” 👇 Retweet so more creators see this. Follow me x.com/i/status/20344…

Most creators post a video and never find out why it performed well. Thats why these channels never see consistent growth. One of my videos hit 200k views. I reverse engineered exactly why using TubeAI, my YouTube analytics tool. Here's what I found: 1. The topic reached people who never heard of me Most creators pick topics for their existing audience. Every video serves the same subscribers and the channel stops growing. I stopped picking topics for my current audience and started picking topics with 50k+ search demand and under 5 existing videos. My discovery score came back at 92/100. Next video I applied the same approach and achieved 100k+ views. 2. 79.5% of viewers stayed past 30 seconds I used to over explain what the video is about and lose half of my audience before they get to the point. In this video my hook established a specific threat in the first 80 seconds and maintained 71% retention rate. The viewer stayed because leaving felt like missing the resolution. I now open every video with a claim that cannot be resolved without watching. Average retention on my last 3 videos has not dropped below 75% at the 30 second mark since. 3. Biggest retention spike happened at 12 minutes TubeAI broke down every section of my video by timestamp. It showed me the core value section at 6:38 recovered retention through relatable visual analogies. The solution at 12 minutes caused the biggest spike in the entire video because the title loop closed. I took that information and started structuring every video the same way. Open a loop in the hook, deliver proof in the middle, close the loop at the end. Stop guessing why your videos work. Start using data to repeat success.

🚨 YouTube News 🚨 YouTube just added private messaging on mobile. You can now share videos and have conversations directly inside the app, no third-party links needed. This is YouTube slowly becoming a social network, not just a video platform. For creators: if your audience can share your video in a DM without leaving the app, that's a new discovery loop. Make content people want to send to a friend. Note: Live in 31 European countries now. No US launch date announced yet. But if this test goes well in Europe, it's coming.

Life is all about peaks & valleys. Also took on 4 new students who have been getting amazing results.

The community tab is the most underused feature on YouTube. I scanned 4 million channels with TubeAI. The ones using it consistently get 20-30% more views. It's free, takes 2 minutes and almost nobody does it. Post a poll before your next upload. YouTube will see the engagement and push your video harder. I started doing this at 10k views. Now I'm at 200k. Use it.

I was told the finance niche was impossible to crack. "Too competitive" "Too saturated" "Too many big channels" Posted anyway. 4,000 watch hours in 3 days. The most competitive niches have the highest CPMs for a reason. Everyone avoiding them is your opportunity.

@MuteeAutomation Content packaging is key to that quick scale. The format really is everything for faceless channels. That consistent packaging makes all the difference.

This channel is a perfect example of how faceless YouTube channels scale fast with the right format. Look at The Inspire Path: • ~100K subscribers • Only ~47 videos • Simple 3–5 minute content But the real secret is content packaging. Notice the pattern in their videos: Topics: • Daily habits • Dopamine addiction • Morning routines • High-value skills • Learning faster All of these are high curiosity self-improvement topics. Now look at the titles: • “10 Powerful Daily Habits That Actually Work” • “7 Biggest Signs of Dopamine Addiction” • “10 High-Value Skills Every Man Should Learn” • “How to Learn Anything 10x Faster” These titles trigger curiosity + self-improvement desire. Then the thumbnails follow a repeatable style: • Simple illustrations • Bold text • Strong contrast • Easy to understand in 1 second This is the formula many fast-growing faceless channels use: High demand niche + repeatable titles + simple thumbnails. You don’t need fancy editing. You need a format you can repeat 100 times. Comment FORMAT if you want the framework to build channels like this
