Sometimes when this happens it always as a result of your wallet losing synchronisation. Do you know how to verify the token transfer on the blockchain?

Kindly make sure you’re on the correct network and added the right token contract.

To claim your token, just connect the same wallet you used for the purchase on the claim site. Let me know if you get it
