@Noobface How will gold and rep work in custom servers? Because that + being able to have multiple ships on safer seas does not look good for the high seas population.

Sea Of Thieves Community Direct TLDR: - Unban wave still happening but not ready yet - Future seasons will focus on improving/expanding things that are already in the game. - Mentioned ice zone… as a joke… unless? - Insider NDA removed soon, will be able to talk about it and even stream it. - More focus on what the players actually want - Season 18 will be focused on Devil’s Roar - Possibly expanding ship types? - Can have multiple boats in safer seas now CUSTOM SERVERS: - Spawn ships - Change crew sizes (can have 16 people respawning on a sloop lol) - Spawn loot - Spawn world events/bosses - Change weather and time of day - Cinematic camera - Will have to pay to access it - Coming early 2026 So many things we've been asking for are coming. FOV, reviving old content, custom servers, insider changes, etc. Insider NDA removal alone will be so good for creating hype for updates and finding bugs before they make it to live servers. SOT is moving in the right direction and I'm excited to see where it goes next.

Of courye, it's important to maintain features and mechanics so that everything works perfectly. But adding lore does not break the game. Idk what your problem is.

@Xyllius @peniddo @CaptMcGuffin @SeaOfThieves Disagreed, the lackluster updates that did nothing for the sandbox (with expetion to season 2) that led up to and followed season 3 shows that if they focus on a big boring lore update the real parts of the game suffer. Season 3 was devastating to year 3 and 4 sea of thieves.

New upcoming SoT content is okay but I was really really hoping for a huge injection of lore via Tall Tales or adventures. The only story we get in @SeaOfThieves these days is new time limited events, voyages or world events with a tiny bit of lore shoehorned into it.

@SacredShrimpus We're just getting our first bits of feedback on the BR. For now, I couldn't speak on any plans / adjustments as we're still getting all info, feedback, stats, etc. I would definitely think we will (eventually?) try a solo mode, but don't quote me lol. We try a lot of playlists!
