$ONDS as a reminder - I did say wabtec could just buy networks(rail) for $369M and call it a day... perhaps it is much higher now that HOT/EOT is in play on 450 mhz.
$ONDS In my opinion - the value of networks (rail) segment just 10X'd overnight considering the 450mhz and 802.16t will be the new backbone on HOT/EOT replacement technologies to address this known vulnerability. cisa.gov/news-events/ic…
@ive_m5, it is not our view that @OndasNetworks is creating an overhang at $ONDS...its just that the market is not valuing it appropriately. The #802.16 tech represents a generational change for the massive NA rail industry.
$ONDS Networks (Rail) is an essential part of the business and vital to public safety. However, I think it's creating an overhang to the stock. If Ondas can monetize Network's by the end of Q4 or by Q1 26' that would be extremely bullish and then split/spin to new ticker symbol $OAS and be the new formidable defense / tech company. Extension of the Networks Notes to December appears favorable for such to occur.
$ONDS My Family Office preference is to have a split/spin for Networks(Rail) and OAS(Drone). The sooner the better. We own ~2M shares across all accounts with our latest additions.
