@CypressMoss Hi there, we accessed the data via the Secretary of State's website. You can click through to find it by precinct, or download their JSON file at results.sos.ga.gov/cdn/results/Ge… That's something we could definitely take a look at too.

As an aside... we look at all registered voters, not just those that are inactive, in most cases. For example, more than 55,000 folks who were "inactive" at the end of voter registration in October, cast a ballot pre-Election Day.
