@HMRCcustomers @HMRCcustomers I tried to call this morning. Just after 8am, sat on hold for 30 mins then the prerecorded message says, 'thanks for calling - goodbye'. I'm calling 0300 200 3310 as advised. Is there any other number or email? Very frustrating!

@HMRCcustomers I haven't received any texts. It shows this screen, but this 'help' button goes to a phone number where I haven't been able to reach anyone and just sit on hold.

@charlottemsabin Hi Charlotte, the access codes are normally sent out as a text message. On the screen it should show the last 4 digits of the number the code is being sent to. There should also be a link at the bottom "problems receiving this code" Adil
