Really failed to understand as no one from airtel is providing the reason for disconnection of my number even before 90 days of last use. customer care and store ppl are only saying to visit store and take new sim card. Being #NRI how this is helpful.

@airtelindia@airtelindia i am based out of india , and i managed to visit someone from family to airtel store, but they are not helping me our to activate my number.
