A warning for carbmaxxxing potato abusers: I was inhaling 3 lbs+ of potatoes daily (even on 10mg of reta). Combined with other sources I was at 10,000mg+ potassium/day. I had to pull back because of constant muscle cramping. Better now but the suffering won’t be forgotten.
