Again, I hate doing this in this space. I’ve had nice chats via Twitter with @Lowes but that has not resulted in any resolution or return phone calls from the correct people after being told we would. It’s been two weeks since my original tweet and we are still in the same place.

I hate doing this on Social Media, but we’ve hit a brick wall @Lowes and cannot get a return phone call. A deck installation was started 4 months ago and has sat unfinished. Email and phone calls over 4 months remain unanswered and no return calls. Who do I need to contact?
