@chasi_ai has crossed 100+ locations, and we are nearing 100K customer interactions powered by Chasi. When we started Chasi, we had a thesis around what businesses expect when they buy or rent equipment, parts, and service, and what dealers and rental shops need to do to deliver that experience. We have been working closely with our early design partners to build toward that vision. But this post is not about those milestones. @SarmanAulakh and I are doing something special next week.
