@dkhos This is something that you would not know at all unless you read the app's terms of use. Uber employees said that they would refund me in the local currency for any part that they deemed unreasonable.

@dkhos Is it true that Uber properly informs users about how to use it? I used Uber in Paris and there was an error when paying with a card. I explained that there was an error in the app that called the driver with cash payment and asked if I could pay with a card.
