To build a strong, positive CULTURE you often have to think structurally too--plan ways to reinforce your mission and values, find avenues to rebuild relationships frayed during the pandemic, set goals for your Storytelling!

Leaders should become “Anthropologists” of the CULTURE as staff return. Have relationships changed during the pandemic? What norms of behavior have changed? How are staff sharing their pandemic experiences?

The mind is a neurological muscle that is able to influence your body’s molecular system. And if you want this muscle to function optimally, you’ve got to surrender unconditionally to the experience. You have to really go for it. You have to have the third pillar: mindset. X
