@vintedUK Can you please explain why you have now marked a shipment as delivered when I reported it not being at a collection point. Now you're saying I cant get my money back. This is actually disgusting customer service.
@vinted I have paid almost £10 to ‘Showcase’ my items. It is literally a big con. I can’t believe how few views it gets. It’s embarrassing that you share these paltry stats with me. Especially bad that the graph falls off a cliff after 24 hrs. It really is NOT worth the money.
@vinted I posted my #longchamp handbag showed all labels WITH RECEIPT AS PROOF of purchase & you marked my item counterfeit & threatened with permanent suspension of my account!! How can you do that when hundreds are selling FAKES on your platform yet I show PROOF? @vintedUK

@VintedUK really are useless. Today's issue: shipping labels not downloading. Obviously, it is one of many long-standing issues. They very badly need to be scrutinised by @Offcom for their business practices. Namely, lack of human contact when things go wrong. @BBCPanorama
