GenAI + Figma + Figma MCP + Cursor/Claude + Supabase = Designer

As an employee you sometimes learn what not to do but then still end up making the same mistakes when trying to be a founder. Why?

"High craft is a differentiator" initially sounds like you need to be closer to "perfection" before release but that's not it. Don't forget you can iterate your way to high craft. Just iterate faster if you can. Kudos to those that can do both well, at the same time.

Spent the past 8 months building a consumer experience. Traction is utterly terrible. 4 months of runway left. Running a bunch of new experiments during this time with different audiences. That was hard to write but it's truth.
