@Melissa39421271 @AHS_Warranty Called them yesterday 630am about my AC unit not working. Didn't hear from the assigned company until today after 5pm that the appointment would be Monday. Mind you I live in the Houston area and we've been under extreme heat advisory for the last month. Terrible service!

I’m looking for individuals that have experienced what I have with AHS. I am gathering people to start a class action lawsuit. People get away with what they think they can and AHS will not get away with this. I’m here to advocate for all of you. Let’s join forces. @AHS_Warranty

Anybody else having issues with #AmericanHomeShield not communicating? We have had 6 contractors visit since May for 1 service request, and our A/C still isn't fixed. Who do you contact when the service representatives are not helping?
