BREAKING: PIAA Wrestling Steering Committee approved in April to recommend to the PIAA Board to ADD a third classification to wrestling starting in the 2028-29 school year. Board has to approve it. @MrPatMineo

@WPIALwrestle7 Piaa has always placed value in winning your region. They do “seed” the regional champs so it’s like mag tournaments where only top half or so are seeded and then they separate kids from like regions as mid as they can as those kids have already wrestled each other. Seems fair

Not seeding a tournament is nothing but laziness. The PIAA should take notes from the WPIAL on how to run a wrestling tournament. Money means more to them than doing what’s best for the student athlete. It’s sad man

@Bandit_Dorito7 I kind of like the idea of a Senior who knows the offense that will be run as the QB year one if a new coach. We also have Falzone and another Freshman that will have time to learn for a year and then have four years of eligibility.
