I’ve done wayyyy too much studying on this when it comes to fitness Dr Stephen Seilers studies showed that athletes who keep their training of 80/20 of 80% zone 2 cardio and only 20% of zone 5 cardio those athletes on average had a vo2 max of about 60-70 percent this was because when you done high intensity cardio even in zone 3 your body’s muscles still have to recover from that even though it doesn’t feel like you do so in short it’s about intensity and having some form of heart rate tracking I like the Samsung Galaxy watch 4 since it’s only about 7% inaccurate I have a chest strap heart rate tracker ones 40 bucks and the strap is 100$ so like this is long enough just duration and intensity is key so when walking it should be at a pace where you can breathe through your nostrils comfortability and then go for like a 40 minute sprint once a week

I shifted the Wednesday start time to 11 PM but the math on this drinking stream still guarantees a hospital visit.
