@emmathebeloved Yeah, I tried quitting without them once and caved in after a few months. With patches I was cured of the desire to smoke in a week. Make sure to get the right dosage though. I initially used some that were too strong for me and suffered nicotine poisoning for two days straight

Nearly a year since I quit smoking now and it seems like the stupidest thing in the world in retrospect, even though I never really felt bad about it while doing it, for years. I suspect a lot of things are like this.

Not hating on the dating app fish guys though. I think it’s sexy how they’ve got visual proof that they leave the house on occasion, have at least one friend (who took the picture), and can keep you fed and alive if you are ever marooned on an uninhabited island together. 10/10
