@micks7442 @SP_EnergyPeople Wouldn't hold your breath. Open complaint since ~October 4th . A relatively small issue has escalated continuously because of their failures and nonsensical policies. Consistently given empty promises for callbacks & ever changing goalposts for having over £200 returned to me.

@SP_EnergyPeople customer service is terrible, my tenant has had pre payment meters fitted and now she’s left I want to go back to normal but no one will ring or answer me on chat just keep getting fobbed off. Four promises of call backs and nothing
