My husband and I were both 1+ pack/day smokers for 10+ years. We started vaping. The lady at our vape shop helped a LOT! When you vape you can choose the amount of nicotine and gradually decrease until it is zero mg. Once you reach 0mg you can switch so something like FUM who isn't on X.... Their website is tryfum.com

I got a serious question.
My husband and I are smokers (just normal cigarettes)
We both have been thinking about quitting. But because I have been smoking for over half of my life, it's such a habit.
Anyone that stopped smoking, what helped you?
I'm open for suggestions, because I don't know if I could just stop and never more pick up a cigarette.

Some of you bought $XRP at $0.15.
Some at $2.40
What was your first #XRP buy price? 👀
Be honest…

So pleased to see @SecScottBessent highlight the important work of eVAC Magnetics in Sumter, South Carolina. I just visited the new plant in September.
America -- and the rest of the world -- are largely reliant on China for processing rare earth minerals, which are essential for the 21st century economy. South Carolina-based eVAC has plans to break that dependency. Just last week, the first American-made magnet in 25 years was produced at the Sumter facility.
When it comes to making America great, Secretary Bessent and his team along with @POTUS have done a terrific job by securing better trade deals throughout the world.
Thanks again to Secretary Bessent showing off eVAC’s South Carolina success story that makes our state exceedingly proud.

Meet Lexi Kuenzle.
She’s one of the good ones.
Yesterday, in front of a nurses station — with 8 (eight) nurses & a PATIENT —
Dr. Matthew Jung said in front of everyone,
“I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it.”
Lexi, a registered nurse, was the ONLY one that spoke up: “You’re a doctor. How could you say someone deserved to die.”
Lexi said you could hear a pin drop & no one said anything, including the patient.
She reported the incident to management & — after she got home — posted about it & Dr. Matthew Jung on her private Instagram.
She received an email from her union representative saying that she needs to look for another job.
Lexi was also pulled into a meeting & is suspended without pay indefinitely pending an investigation.
Meanwhile, there’s no information on whether or not Dr. Matthew Jung is being reprimanded.
Lexi has filed a lawsuit.
I interviewed her over the phone & she said,
“I was deeply saddened over the assassination of Charlie Kirk. It was devastating to hear of the killing of an innocent father and I thought everyone would agree — especially a doctor whose purpose is to save lives.
In a time where personal social ideologies are often celebrated, especially if they align with popular progressive topics, I simply aimed to stand up for what is right. They tried to shut me up, but they’re not going to.”
Lexi hopes you will share her story & that’s why I’m sharing it with you.
The fact also remains that Dr. Matthew Jung should be held accountable for saying “Charlie deserved it” in front of a nurses station & a PATIENT.
What if the patient disagrees? Would Dr. Matthew Jung treat them? Would he treat them differently? Would he allow his emotions to cloud his judgement, as he did by saying such a statement in front of a patient?
This happened at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey.
