One of the takeaways from our recent paper is that driver training and education about advanced driver assistance systems need to be more accessible, so that all drivers can benefit from using this technology safely. ⤵️

In this paper, we investigated the relation between driver demographics and knowledge of Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Higher income and education levels are significantly associated with better knowledge of ACC limitations/capabilities. 1/3 journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/03…
