Trump just sent a letter to Congress saying the war in Iran is “terminated” because today marks 60 days and in order for the President to have the authority to continue, the Constitution requires a vote from Congress. But the war is not really terminated. Trump is just restarting the clock to avoid a vote from Congress that may limit his power to wage a war on Iran, and the war is absolutely not over just because there has been a ceasefire. Also, Trump is about to start military actions again very soon. It never ended. This is unconstitutional and Congress should reclaim it’s constitutional authority.

Sebab, eksekusi yang rencananya dilakukan pada Kamis (16/4/2026) ditolak keras oleh warga yang telah menempati rumah tersebut sejak puluhan tahun. Menurut Auliasa Ariawan selaku perwakilan warga, penundaan eksekusi menjadi poin yang disepakati dalam negosiasi antara warga dan pihak Mabes TNI. Dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung hampir dua jam, kedua pihak menyepakati bahwa warga diberikan waktu hingga 30 April 2026 untuk mengosongkan rumah secara mandiri. “Kami sudah bernegosiasi dengan Mabes TNI dan disepakati diberikan waktu sampai 30 April 2026. Kalau sampai tanggal itu belum dikosongkan, maka akan dilakukan pengosongan paksa,” ujar Auliasa kepada wartawan di lokasi. Meski kesepakatan tercapai, Auliasa menegaskan keputusan tersebut diambil dalam kondisi terpaksa demi menghindari potensi konflik di lapangan. “Suara warga itu bulat tapi lonjong, ada yang setuju dan tidak. Tapi demi keselamatan dan keamanan, kami memilih menerima hasil negosiasi ini,” katanya. Masih Tunggu Kasasi Di sisi lain, warga masih menggantungkan harapan pada proses hukum yang sedang berjalan. Mereka telah mengajukan kasasi sejak Oktober 2025 dan menunggu hasil dari Mahkamah Agung. “Kalau dalam waktu itu kasasi kami dikabulkan, maka TNI tidak bisa melakukan eksekusi,” jelasnya. Namun, hingga kini belum ada kejelasan terkait nomor registrasi perkara kasasi tersebut. Selain itu, warga juga mengungkapkan tidak adanya kompensasi dari pihak TNI, baik berupa uang kerohiman maupun relokasi. Permintaan untuk skema pengalihan kepada prajurit aktif juga ditolak. “Tidak ada kompensasi. Permohonan kami untuk over juga ditolak karena sudah ada surat peringatan pengosongan,” ungkap Auliasa.
