@Nick042013 @alphafox It’s funny, when you (I don’t mean you specifically) are cycling, the people in cars are jerks. When you are in a car, the cyclists are jerks. I cycle, and I drive. I see it from both sides. Everyone just needs to chill and obey the rules/laws.

All bikers are fucking trash. I’m talking about dudes on bicycles, not motorcycles but these guys that think that they’re on the Tour de France they wear the whole get up and then folks that ride the E bikes in the middle of the street like they’re a fucking car they’re just asking to get hit.

@gatorgar I was watching it live, on TV, when I was getting ready for school (I lived north of Anchorage). I was in 3rd grade. I remember that day very clearly. It was traumatic for everyone, but it was particularly traumatic for school kids (she was going to be the first teacher).

Where were you when the Challenger exploded during launch? I know a lot of folks were in school and saw it happen live. I wasn’t born yet, but this seems to be one of those moments like the assassination of JFK. Everyone has a story. Tell me yours. I want to hear it.

@NostalgiaFolder I think CompactFlash (CF) cards were out at that time too. I got a canon digital camera that year, because it took CF, but I really wanted the Sony (I went with the canon because the CF card cold hold WAY more).
