🤬 The NZ Government saying they’re talking about trans women in bathrooms because they care about women while actively stopping lower paid women from getting pay equity with men. Absolutely had it with this BS performative “feminism”. Give us our word back.

Can anyone explain why @FlyAirNZ has almost constant delayed/cancelled flights? Did they fire all their staff in covid then just not re-hire? I feel like it wasn’t previously like this? Also they suddenly terrible customer service?

Christopher Luxon lied to Parliament. He said Labour had turned down the South Dunedin Future Programme last year. In fact Nicola Willis signed off its “discontinuation” in a Treasury briefing dated 23 May 2024. When will they own the consequences of their own decisions?

@120Aotearoa The biggest increases are dudes 😞. Obviously sexism won’t be the only factor here but I do think it is of note.

Would I be less of a woman if I was very physically strong or if I got a hysterectomy & my hormones changed? Or is being a woman mainly about my vagina? These Qs come up when trans women are called men or intersex & non binary people are debated. As a cis woman, it scares me

@lochiegc @otautahi_p You don’t have to be fully functioning for all that time but even as a 30 y/o it horrifies me that I have 35 at least of full time work to go. But I believe we can do it. It’ll just take a while… 😂

In 2010 the whole of the public sector made up 19.7% of NZ’s total workforce. In 2023 it made up 18.8%. Claims there has been an explosion in the public sector are pure spin to justify sacking hard working Kiwis to pay for unaffordable tax cuts. This govt has the wrong priorities

It’s sad and bizarre some people are spending their energy suppressing simple symbols of the visibility and pride of our - my - rainbow community. You can’t paint over our existence. Love always wins.
