Maybe after they settled on the boundaries that got rid of that discrepancy, but keep Counties in the Blues region, also the last shift that saw Taranaki join the Chiefs from Canes.

It's interesting how few young people live by themselves in many countries. I think cost is a big issue (though not the only one).

The average rental price in NZ increased $180 a week under the last Labour Government, as they loaded cost after cost on landlords. This was a 44% increase.
Since the change of government, prices have increased by only $10 a week over two years.
