I’ve spoken to Dr. Google (because real doctors either have a month long wait or need a referral first) and determined that I have plantar fasciitis. Anyone have a good remedy, or a pair of shoes, that they suggest?! Icing’s been kinda helping but not much. I need relief. 😩
