It’s my mum’s funeral tomorrow. Next week I’ll make her chocolate and coffee cheesecake because it wouldn’t be Christmas without it. Recipe here in case you want to make it too (I don’t know whose recipe it was originally). I’d love to think of it brightening someone else’s day.

@silverpebble My daughter was asked to do some nature art as the weekend “homework” from nursery. We collected leaves and she made a nest for a hedgehog. She also had fun organising the leaves on the table, so we might look for more different colours and sizes next time. 🍁🍂

Is it appropriate to say that making each of my photos is intensely therapeutic for me (I have very wonky mental health) & each one is a physical manifestation of my autism? I’m not sure. Was trolled recently for ‘using the mental health card’ -they implied it was manipulative…

*Tip for men: stop acting like basic chores are mind boggling. It isn't that complicated to work out that a household needs groceries, meals cooked, dishes washed, laundry done etc. It doesn't need a PhD, or a woman to write you a list.
