The Constitution does NOT give you rights. You already have them. The Constitution simply tells the government that it cannot take those rights away. I wish more people understood this.

@molmccann NO! It is time for the PEOPLE to act. A convention of States under Article 5. Term limits. end foreign aid. codify in the Constitution what a citizen is.

The solution to the Birthright Citizenship debacle, if the Court rules the wrong way, is for Congress to radically do its job. Congress could cut off the welfare that incentivizes migrants to seek our shores, and Congress could restrict immigration and entry.

The Birthright Citizenship case is not about birthright citizenship. It's about the legitimacy of the Supreme Court itself. Clearly the 14th Amendment was not meant to give citizenship to anchor babies. That's not even in dispute. The legitimacy of the Supreme Court is on trial. If they get this one wrong- then clearly, we do not have a functioning judiciary system. Only political activists masquerading as Judges.
