Incident Overview – REVOX (REX) Token On Sept 30, 2025 (16:41–16:45 UTC+8), during an $REX on-chain sell-off, large Bybit futures positions were liquidated, triggering a chain reaction in the derivatives market. Within 4 minutes, about $3M in long positions were liquidated, and the token price dropped sharply from $0.032 → $0.012. The incident was caused by on-chain selling triggering futures liquidations that amplified market volatility.
