HTML lead magnets are the easiest cold email play nobody is running yet.
50,000+ people viewed the article. Nobody applies it.
So I put together a use case guide covering 20 different offers. From B2B services to B2C to info products - showing exactly how to take that HTML article and turn it into a lead magnet you can deploy tomorrow.
Inside:
1. The core motion: magnet → cold email hook → booked meeting (works for any offer)
2. 20 specific offer breakdowns: what the magnet is, who it targets, what the email says
3. The exact tab structure to use (most people overthink this - it's 4 tabs)
4. Copy-paste cold email sequences
5. How B2C offers and info product creators run this for inbound call volume instead of meetings
6. The one CTA placement that converts without feeling salesy
Doesn't matter if you run an agency, sell a high-ticket service, coach, consult, or run any kind of B2B or B2C offer - one of the 20 applies to you.

Claude wrote 120+ cold email variations for our commercial finance offer last week.
We saved countless hours while getting 10x the throughput.
I created a Claude Doc that walks you through the entire setup: less than 5 mins to read & less than 14 mins to set up.
Like + Comment "COPY" and i'll send you the doc.
I spent the last 45 days writing a 86-page book covering absolutely everything I know about how to successfully run outbound in 2026.
When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING.
> Company context analysis and market evaluation
> ICP definition and Pain-Qualified Segment (PQS) modeling
> TAM mapping across 15+ industry segments
> Offer creation and the three types of cold offers
> The psychology of cold email and pattern disruption
> 10 fundamental copywriting principles from 10M+ emails sent
> 6 proven cold email script frameworks with real examples
> 5 messaging angles to test across campaigns
> AI prompts for generating full A/B test script matrices
> Email sequencer setup and which tools to use at which volume
> Domain setup rules and secondary domain best practices
> Reserve infrastructure and inbox cycling strategy
> Deliverability signals, spintax, and campaign settings
> How to identify burned accounts and recover fast
> The four types of data sources and when to use each
> The Campaign Score Formula for predicting results before launch
> Speed-to-lead system and why response time kills conversions
> 5 reply templates covering 90% of responses
> Follow-up strategy across email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS
> Pre-call workflow that lifts show rates from 30% to 70%+
> Post-meeting process: proposals, contracts, and onboarding
I told you I meant EVERYTHING.
The insights in this book come from the experiences of 10M+ emails sent, 20,000+ leads generated, and deca-millions in pipeline value created.
This e-book is NOT free, but it costs less than a Chipotle bowl with guac.
(There needs to be a slight level of gatekeeping for this one)

I cracked how to sell AI outreach agents to financial services companies (investment banks, m&a, etc.)
Built a playbook on my strategy, and actual cold emails and scripts that closed >$4M for a client of mine in 60 days.

I made a D100 prompting doc that you feed to a Claude project and it conducts the entire D100 process for you
> Find ICPs to target based on your service
> Find contacts in that ICP, pulled from LinkedIn
> Researches the prospect and their company - pulling from their website, blogs, social media
> Crafts outreach messaging, personalized to the prospect based on their research
> CREATES THE D100 DELIVERABLE FOR YOU !!!
Takes hours of dream 100 outreach and condenses it into a 10 minute process
Comment "D100" and I'll DM you the doc so you can feed it to your own Claude project
We've been running LinkedIn DM campaigns across completely different B2B offers
different industries. different ICPs. different deal sizes.
results stay consistent every time
here's what we do:
-full LinkedIn campaign build from scratch
-5,000 InMails in 30 days per profile
-warm call every qualified lead ourselves
comment EAGLE if you want in
58% of replies come from email 1.
email 2 gets most of the rest.
after that, you're just sending email to people who've already decided to ignore you.
most teams run 5-7 email sequences. it's burning their domain and their market's goodwill.
the 2-email framework:
-> email 1: specific pain, proof point, direct meeting ask
-> email 2: different angle, lower barrier CTA
that's it. two emails. a higher reply rate than most 7-step sequences.
because each email actually earns its spot rather than just filling a sequence slot.
i put together the exact 2-email templates we use across every client, including the ICP-specific variations for saas, services, and professional firms.

I stopped sending text-only outreach to my best prospects.
Instead, I built personalized ‘microsites’ using Gamma's API and Clay:
Each microsite pulls in the prospect's company colors, logos, ICP research, TAM breakdowns, and a customized proposal with a scheduling link.
(and it’s all 100% automated)
This way, every prospect sees a custom proposal before we ever get on a call.
I documented the full workflow so anyone can set this up:
• Clay template for account enrichment (importable)
• Gamma API call format for microsite generation
• Auto-branding logic for colors and logos
• GTM analysis prompt structure
• Scheduling link integration
Comment "MICROSITE" and I'll send it over.
PS - The template is reusable. Once it's set up, you can generate a new microsite for any prospect in minutes.
Cold email campaign stats prospecting for our agency for the last week:
3669 sends, 4.9% reply rate (sheesh), 21 warm responses, 13 meetings held(so far)
These weren't especially personalized, and volume is fairly low
Just targeted the right people, with good deliverability, and good messaging
If you can't replicate this cold email success, there's a problem somewhere. Most likely, your list sucks and/or your deliverability is poor(even if your sequencer says it isn't, it lied)
If these two things are wrong, and you're sending low volume, your messaging is completely irrelevant for the success of your campaign.
However, this copy definitely won.
like & Reply "Copy" and I'll send you the script and sequence I used for this one. (must be following so i can send)

99% of B2B sales is done completely wrong.
Process Selling™ is what will close deals for your business. We've closed 70+ B2B deals between $35K-$50K since 2023 all through P.S.™
- You crushed discovery.
- You built out a perfect solution.
- You presented the solution.
- And then… no interest, just silence.
They didn’t ghost because of price or your background.
They ghosted because you KEPT selling the solution AFTER they’d already bought it mentally. The second your solution hits the table and you leave that meeting, the focus completely changes.
You’re no longer selling the offer - you’re selling their ability to get it approved.
Most reps or business owners don’t understand this.
They keep pitching the benefits, re-explaining the mechanism, repeating the same points.
But the buyer/champion, at the very least understood you, or at best, is already sold - they’re just not the only one involved and even if they are, they need to be Process Sold™ now.
At this stage, your focus should shift completely.
Every question, every message, every touchpoint needs to map the internal deal architecture:
1. Who’s the real decision-maker?
2. Who’s the blocker?
3. Who’s your champion accountable to?
4. What part of your offer feels risky to them?
5. What’s happening behind closed doors that you can’t see yet?
Your only job now is to de-risk that internal motion.
Get feedback constantly.
But not the surface-level “what do you think?” kind.
You need to know what’s happening inside the walls.
Ask things like:
1. Where does it stand internally?
2. Who’s weighed in so far?
3. What’s finance saying?
4. What do they need from us to get comfortable?
5. Is legal reviewing it yet, or waiting on finance first?
6. Who else needs to see this before it can move?
7. Is there anything in the language that’s slowing things down?
8. What parts raised eyebrows in the meeting?
9. What parts got immediate nods?
10. What would make it feel safer to push this through right now?
You’re not “checking in.”
You’re mapping the deal’s internal terrain - friction points, approvals, politics, and sequencing.
The goal is simple:
Find every source of hesitation, one by one, and remove it.
Quietly, systematically, until there’s nothing left for them to object to internally.
Massage the engagement into a shape that feels safe for their process - not yours.
This is where deals die. Not in the proposal.
In the internal bureaucracy you never accounted for.
You don’t lose to competitors, pricing or a bad haircut.
You literally lost to the internal noise you never learned how to navigate or pivot your focus to.
The only place this information even exists is in our program, we charge $22,500/year per member.
I’m giving it away for free.
