I saw that someone from ID filled out the form on my behalf when I said I wanted to cancel and that’s when I immediately called Chase. I refused to fill that form out until I had in writing that I would fully be refunded (not 50%)

@interiordefine have been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week now. I am not happy and would like a refund for my order. This is ridiculous. You are literally stealing people’s money.

@jo_elizabeth_ @natpitcher @interiordefine No problem! The info they got from me was: date of purchase, order #, estimated delivery at time of purchase, brief description of the couch and just a brief timeline of everything. They were super helpful.

@jo_elizabeth_ @natpitcher @interiordefine No I didn’t- I called Chase to ask what I needed to do/how long to wait before trying to have them dispute it and they said they would just go ahead and do it right away. I have saved all my emails in case they asked for it but they did not.

@chicago3404 @natpitcher @interiordefine Did you wait the full "14" days after cancelling before reaching out to chase? I saved my chat transcript with them saying it'd be around that time and was going to wait until day 15 to call Chase.

Called my bank (chase) asap and they disputed the charge without hesitation 🙏🏻

@chicago3404 @jo_elizabeth_ @interiordefine Call your credit card bank and explain the situation to get their device. Say you need to dispute. It’s not fraud by their measure. But failure to deliver on promised timeline is grounds for dispute.

@natpitcher @jo_elizabeth_ @interiordefine That’s when I started seeing tons of terrible reviews and complaints of other people who were told much later dates and being unable to get ahold of anyone. I do not trust my $$ with this company any longer.

@johnlegend If so many are weighed down by this debt then why don’t you sell all of your multi million dollar mansions and donate all of that money to help these people. Us middle class people don’t need financial advice from an out of touch celebrity.

If you’re fortunate enough to have already paid off your student loans or make too much money to qualify, it’s still possible to be happy for people receiving some much needed relief. So many are weighed down by this debt. Let’s celebrate the relief and then work toward making…

@stealthwahine @porscheFanNYC @johnlegend She told a teenager to kill herself. It’s not alleged. There are photos of the direct message she sent to the young girl and she admitted to it. I can’t think of much worse bullying than suggesting someone kill themself.

I think it simply comes down to some people are nice and some aren’t.

I need conservatives to define “woke” ASAP. Say it.
