Watched the tape again. The Buffalo Bills were simply the better team that day against the Baltimore Ravens. Lamar showed great leadership and poise to pull his team back into the game after his early mistakes, but Josh Allen was better simply because he protected the ball. It’s that simple. No one is immune to criticism for the plays they did or didn’t make. This is the big leagues and when you play in a heavyweight matchup like that, turnovers, drops and penalties are all magnified. The Buffalo Bills deserve all the credit in the world for having a masterful defensive game plan to slow down Lamar and Derrick Henry while capitalizing on their mistakes. Ed Oliver was an animal in the middle. Taylor Rapp was all over the field. Sean McDermott and Bobby Babich put together a beautiful plan and changed their identity COMPLETELY. -Played the most man coverage they have since 2022 -46.7% -Leaned heavily on 4-3 personnel and 5 man fronts to get pressure and stop the run We have to start focusing on what the Bills did right to win the game and not on what the Baltimore Ravens did to lose. The Buffalo Bills deserve the praise. They EARNED IT.
