“A Foreigner From Nepal Came To Me Claiming He Was Scammed Of ₦1.6 Billion. While The Amount Was Shocking, What Was Even More Shocking Was Where The Fraud Took Place. According To Him, He Believed The Business Was Legitimate Because The Meetings Were Held Inside a Conference Room At The Nigerian Police Force Headquarters. He Claimed That During One Of The Meetings, A Police CSP Assured Him That The Man They Were Paying Was a Legitimate Businessman And That It Was Safe To Do Business With Him. Seeing Police Officers In Uniform Inside The Force Headquarters, He Said He Had No Reason To Doubt Their Credibility, So He Went Ahead With The Transaction.” ~ VeryDarkMan

Do you know that State police (or regional police) was one of the major items in the Aburi Accord? It was Ojukwu that had proposed it & the federal government had agreed but later declared war over it. 60 years later & 3m lives lost, the same State police has been approved. Life!

This is the sort of proper policing citizens deserve. Rivers State police commissioner takes matters in hand at a police checkpoint. Give him a pat on the back.

SPECIAL UPDATE: In the past few days, I have been inundated with inquiries from legions of wellwishers (in Nigeria & abroad) as to whether the appellate Brief for MAZI NNAMDI KANU has been filed. I relayed these genuine concerns to #MNK & he instructed me to now publicly disclose that: YES. The Brief has been filed, but it’s not the version that was circulated on social media some days ago. What now remains is for the Government to join issues by filing it’s own reply Brief, and so soon thereafter, the Court of Appeal will set a date for the hearing of the appeal or adoption of the respective Briefs in open court. Once this is done, the Court will be minded to render its judgment within 90 days, as required by law. Thank you. ALOY EJIMAKOR. #AloyEjimakor.

BREAKING! Biafran leader, Simon Ekpa's arrest in Finland raises concerns in the US The arrest of Biafran separatist leader, Simon Ekpa in Finland has sparked debates, with a former U.S. government official criticizing Finnish authorities for allowing the arrest. Following Ekpa’s arrest, Michael Rubin @mrubin1971 , a former U.S. government official attached to the Pentagon and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, criticized Finnish authorities for their handling of the case. According to Rubin, it was unfair for the Finnish authorities to arrest Ekpa when all he sought was ‘freedom’ for his people. He accused Finland’s judiciary and its foreign ministry of allowing scammers and human rights abusers to weaponize its judiciary as a mechanism for transnational repression and harassment. “Finland coasts on its reputation of liberalism, human rights, and freedom. When it comes to Africans escaping repression at home, alas, it is a reputation the country no longer deserves.” He said.

“You See These 2 Men, These So-Called Highly Respected Elders, My Prayer For Our Generation Is That We Will Not Be To Our Children What These Men Are To Us Today. These Men Had Voices So Loud When Things Were Not This Bad During Goodluck Jonathan’s Era, But Now Find It Convenient To Keep Quiet When Things Are Horribly Bad Under Tinubu’s Regime Because Of What Is Entering Their Pockets.” ~ Content Creator Izzy Curious

In this clip, Ojukwu stated with clarity the core issues that propel the Igbo to agitate. It’s very prophetic, because the same issues persist to this day & appear more prevalent & insidious. If you think about it, you will see why what he said years ago still resonates with most Igbos of this era.

If you’re one of those telling lawyers to shun the media & limit themselves to fighting MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s case only in Court, hear this: As this case is being fought in the court of law, it will also continue to be fought in the court of public opinion. Why? Because the case is more political than legal and #MNK, like the other greats such as Nelson Mandela, deserves robust public discussion of the grave injustice done to him.

Do you know that MAZI NNAMDI KANU never deserved to be tried, not to talk of being convicted, sentenced & imprisoned. And there’s much more. All are in this short clip. Watch & share.
