A child was beaten by his stepfather yesterday because he came home and found him playing inside the house with his friends, and they had broken a kettle. The community members who became angry and went there. When they arrived, they found the owner of the house, who is the sister and the mother of the child. Her sister then asked the community not to get involved, saying she does not want them involved, that she will handle her household matters herself, and that people should mind their own business.
