@ChildrensColo I have been trying to get medical records sent for a critical second opinion for a month now. They are still MIA. Mt Sinai cannot read the files in the CD you sent, Cincinnati Childrens’s hasn’t gotten anything —- thank god @RMHCFamily could DIY what they needed.

@ChildrensColo does it right! Our youngest had to have surgery (appendix). Not once did we feel rushed, including my 9-year old, with ANY questions we/he had. It was clear they were focused on Wyatt, but also on our entire family. Crappy situation, wonderful experience!
