WATCH | A video circulating online shows social media personality El Gringo and his wife involved in a heated argument in a parking area.
In the footage, his wife can be heard repeatedly demanding that he return her mobile phone, while the two appear to exchange words during the confrontation. The circumstances that led to the dispute remain unclear.

WATCH | I live in Waterfalls, and my neighbour is operating what appears to be an illegal fuel depot. Fuel tankers carrying petrol and ethanol regularly come onto the property, where the fuels are mixed and then sold from the site.
This poses a serious safety risk to everyone in the area. We are extremely concerned because the property is located in a residential neighbourhood, and the storage and handling of large quantities of highly flammable fuel could lead to a fire, explosion, or other disaster.
We are appealing to the relevant authorities to urgently investigate this matter before a tragedy occurs. Residents in the area are living in fear and are worried about the safety of their families and homes.

At one point in time OK Zimbabwe was the biggest retailer in Zimbabwe. They operated as if they were untouchable. Today, their shelves are stocked with mineral water, and they can barely keep a branch open.
@TelOneZW , it might not be today, maybe not tomorrow but definitely your day is coming. Let’s remember at the end of the day you operate because customers need your service. There will come a day and time when those customers have other options, and trust me, we will use those options🤞🏽.

@drjaytee87 The issue in Zimbabwe is rooted in hatred; there's too much focus on resenting individuals like Wicknail, Tagwirei, and their affluent associates simply because of their wealth. They owe us nothing. Let's allow our government the time it requires to address the challenges we face

Shocking Story | A rehabilitation centre in Emganwini, Bulawayo, is facing serious abuse allegations. The owner, Norris Pikanegore, who is also the Hairdressers4ED Bulawayo Provincial Chairman, is now wanted by police after many former and current patients especially girls accused him of rap!ng and beat!ng them. Some of the boys revealed that they were made mast€rbat€ in front of him (yet to find out if they were also s0d0mis€d).
The case started when a female patient escaped after being taken out of the facility late at night. She alerted her family, and her story led to many others coming forward. More than 30 people have since reported similar abus€, including patients and some who were attending courses at the same place.
Victims say they were beat€n, threaten€d, and forc€d into sexuaI acts. Some said they were woken up in the middle of the night, made to undress, dance, or perform sexuaI acts. Others said they were assauIted and still have scars. Both girls and boys reported abus€.
There are also claims that the centre had no qualified medical or mental health professionals, and that drugs and alcohol were easily available. Patients said they were treated in inhuman€ and d€grading ways.
Police first raided the rehab centre but found it empty. Investigations later found that some patients had been moved to a house in Cowdray Park, where 21 people were found crowded together. Some had already escaped, while others were picked up by their families. Authorities are still trying to contact relatives of some victims.
The owner is believed to have fled, possibly to Zambia, though this is not yet confirmed. The case has caused anger in the community, with some people saying earlier reports were ignored.
Police investigations are ongoing, and more victims are expected to come forward.

@ashiemap @DougColtart @ProfMadhuku @BitiTendai They are not turning anything into a political issue. Are you blind? Look around. Anyone who disagrees gets disagreed.

I received a threat from a vigilante group called “Presidential Mafia Edutainers 4ED” that demon-possessed men will attack me if I continue to speak out against #CAB3. This is the same group that also threatened @ProfMadhuku and @BitiTendai. Please help us to identify them.

@africatodayMG He’s a LIAR! Tsonga people of South Africa speak all our languages fluently . They know Zulu very well
English

South African🇿🇦 man from Giyani was chased from a march against foreigners that turned to be a Zulu's only march!
Tsakisane says " I joined the march in Durban with my head held high. I sang the songs and walked alongside the crowd, thinking I was among brothers. I felt the same frustrations they did, and I believed we were standing together for our country.
But the mood changed. The unity turned into a "purity test."
They stopped the line and started pointing fingers. Because I am a Tsonga man from Giyani, my accent tripped me up. Because I couldn't respond perfectly in isiZulu, the very people I was marching with turned on me.
"Kwe--rekw----ere!" they shouted.
They didn't care or ask that I have a South African ID. The only password and rescue for me was to speak pure Zulu.
They didn't care that I was born in Limpopo. They saw my dark skin and heard my Xitsonga tongue and decided I wasn't "South African enough." I was beaten by the same hands I had been shaking just minutes before.
I had to run for my life from the very crowd I had joined.
How did a march for our country turn into a hunt for our own Tsonga, Venda, and Shangaan brothers? When did our languages become a death sentence in our own streets?
We are kill-ing ourselves from the inside. Says Tsakane.

UPDATE | Hi neighbours in Mt Pleasant/Northwood. Our fuel thief was active again last night, this time further up Pendennis Road.
At around 2am, he set off an alarm at another house. He almost got away with more than 70 litres of fuel, but the homeowner disturbed him and he jumped over the wall. He left behind a siphon pipe, container, ladder, shoes and even a knife.
Shockingly, he came back at about 5am to collect his things, but the homeowner stopped him again. The homeowner also managed to get details of his getaway vehicle, a white combi (make unknown) with private plates (yellow and black), registration number AHG4238.
The matter has been reported to the police. They have collected the items left behind and opened a case.
Please share far & wide - we are getting closer

@Tchigumira78 @TrevorNcube Surely, you can only see how stupid and myopic a man is when he opens his mouth.
English

This is an oversimplification of a complex issue 🇿🇼
Zimbabwe is a fuel-importing country, meaning prices are heavily influenced by global oil markets, supply disruptions, exchange rates, and taxes/levies not a single domestic decision.
Government’s move to review taxes, levies, and possible relief measures shows responsiveness.
English

The same government that raised fuel prices by 39% in sixteen days is now forming a committee to investigate relief. You cannot make this up.
Petrol at $2.17 per litre. The highest in SADC. The majority of workers can no longer afford to get to work. Kombi fares went up overnight. Almost everything else will follow.
This is not a Middle East story. This is a captured-state story.
The pump is a tax. The silence is the policy.
