During the @parkrunUK on Saturday I realised two things - 1. My running biomechanics knowledge has improved a lot in the past year and 2. I distract myself from the run by critiquing other people’s running biomechanics/styles in my head as I pass them @md_wright7 it’s your fault!

@itsNeilWalker It the rat race at Hartlepool train station. It’s tiny and has no loos so you have to use the ones on the station. it doesn’t even have a bar, I got trolleyed in there once one halcyon many years ago.

Looking for walking boot recommendations (given mine were in the car that got stolen!). Must be completely waterproof and suitable for gritstone and peaty hiking on the moors. Always liked Berghaus but open to all recommendations.

@callumsaunders Oh no what happened with yours? I’ve got a pair of Salomon quest I love and an old pair of Aku vertigo that I also love. The Salomon are more flexible so I tend to wear those more.
