‼️ Another car attack in China‼️ Nov 19: an SUV plowed into people outside Yong’an Primary School (永安小学) in Dingcheng District (鼎城区), Changde, Hunan province, in the morning — apparently a deliberate act — when school kids were going to school. Several people, including kids and adults, were injured. The male driver was pulled out of his car and beaten up by several men with sticks. The man was handcuffed and arrested soon afterwards.
