None of this is actually true. This is such BS. Rigsby gave me a spanking for tweeting out “choo choo at the dirt track” in 2012 because he didn’t want to step on other people’s toes. Also it was 8 figures.

I couldn’t even make it through the first minute. Then I fast forwarded to something about a hauler being 450k to run regionally but to run a national tour it was 780k. I was lost at that point. I don’t wanna hear about costs from a guy that flexes about how much money he spends.

@JoeFla4 Power plants mainly rely on natural gas. From the northeast. Tight supply from their cold snaps as well.. tighter natural gas supply to create electricity in southern states. Florida included.

Many of the power companies here in Florida are warning us to conserve power for fear of putting pressure on the power grids. What can a few days, or even a week of cold, be more stressful on the grid than daily temps of 95° for three months straight? Explain it to me like I’m 5 please.

We moved to “unlimited PTO” to show we trust people. No accrual, no tracking. Just “take what you need.” One analyst actually believed it. He booked two full weeks off in July and put it on the shared calendar. His manager forwarded it to me with just: “Seriously?” I told him we’d handle it. I approved the request, told the analyst to have an amazing break, and added a smiley face. What they don't know is we track PTO differently. We have an internal dashboard to track this stuff with our own metrics. Anyone who books more than 5 consecutive days turns orange. Anyone who does it during Q3 turns red. Next to his name, in the “Promotion Risk” column, I changed the tag from “Emerging Leader” to “Fire by Q4.” Enjoy your vacation James.
