@chipfox404 @glitch_prod Like I was saying just my thoughts on it though I won't pretend to know how things like production and revenue streams go and I'm very glad that the show is appreciated enough to know that these goods will sell like crazy.

@GaryTheGhoul @glitch_prod on the low end an episode of animation is about $200k . about 70% of income for any tv show is not viewership but merch sales. glitch is an independent studio that is most likely running on a deficit with the added fact the show is being made by multiple studios watch the credits

@glitch_prod Loved the episode but it feels really weird to get merch immediately.
Makes it feel more like the show exists to market the merch and it not getting physical goods because the show is popular.
Stuff looks cool though so that's just my thoughts on it.

@moonsidedagoat making a show or movie is 10% making the thing and 99% getting the funding. Directors wouldnt work with studios if they didnt offer resources unatainable to most. To make a show and its resources alone while feeding people to make it you need money. merch gives to fans & creators
