Unity and compassion are essential so we are organising training sessions today for compassionate listeners.

We are deeply saddened regarding the tragic incident that occurred on Monday, 4th September on the Angell Town Estate in Brixton. A young man lost his life due to a senseless act of violence. Our hearts are with his family and the community affected.

Peace is about picking up the broken pieces to build something new, something better that addresses the mentalities of the past.

Love Thy Enemy" means that we live out renewed lives and trust in a God who reconciles and will transform all things.

One thing that sustains conflict is when we have the mentality that ‘for me to succeed, others must fail’.

In order for peace to be made there has to be acceptance from both sides (and also by the peacemaker) of some injustice.

Making peace is about building sustainable shared futures where people are able to forgive and trust again.
