one of our colleague had a minor cardiac event yesterday, shakes us out, every time something like this happens, but we move on in a couple of days. more often than not, lifestyle choice and poor sleep are at the core, over the past year i've personally forced myself to sleep better, moved from past 1 am routine to 10 pm lights out, its been a struggle to get the quantum of sleep to 6+ hrs, now tracking closer to 7 hrs. been advocating for everyone in the team. sleep is the best medicine, gift yourself tools that can help you track and make amends to your sleep. everything else, like food, exercise et all are important but is a choice.
