@MargaretZei @AllstatePP I’m having a similar issue. They have zero sense of urgency. They can care less.

@AllstatePP I filed a claim on 11/15/2025 and it is still not resolved. Is it normal practice to take 6 weeks to fix a refrigerator? As of my phone conversation this morning with square trade, it will take at least 6 more days for a decision to be made. I need a working refrigerator.
