@lostbunny_02 I feel u 🫶 ive been 68kg - 73kg my entire disorder pretty much (except when I gained to 79) and it feels impossible to do anything right

@sommerstarving maybe its bc it like shows a higher demand for non meat products?? its kinda impossible to not buy from places that dont offer meat in some sort of way tbh😣😣 but I personally js dont eat fast food bc i find it a but grim tbh

Made a list showing the percentage of calories from protein, comparing my most consumed protein sources to their vegan swaps. It's not great :(
I use dairy-free milk and eat vegan protein bars but that's about it 💔

When you want to switch to more vegan options because it is more environmentally friendly and morally sound but you're genuinely trying to get the best protein to calorie ratio and the vegan sources are Not Ideal.
