@HMRCcustomers Hi Shoaib, the employee left this month, with their payment date of the 29th (tomorrow), their leaving date was entered as the 29th as it said it had to be on or after final payment date. This will be the only payment reported for this employee. What do I need to do?

Losing my patience @edfenergy, 3 weeks I’ve been in contact with you regarding a refund that I still haven’t received despite being told by multiple agents that it has been processed. Plus I’ve had to restart the conversation so many times because they keep closing the chat!!!!
