not my usual post, but a very important one to share
with absolutely no exception - life gets tough
like really fucking tough
for every single person, no matter how happy/successful/extroverted/popular
you never know the war someone is fighting daily
people often tell me:
“don’t share your positive energy with everyone,”
“why are you so friendly?”
“keep your energy to yourself.”
but I know what it feels like to deal with the most heartbreaking pain all alone. when your world is falling apart and you still have to show up.
I’ve been in those dark places, and I’ve seen people I love get lost there. forever.
and the more I suffered, the more empathy I built
I believe in winning together,
in getting stronger by supporting one another.
my mantra will always be:
“stay kind, because you never know what someone’s going through.”
mental health is real
and with money, attention, pressure - it gets worse
it’s hard to have nothing,
and it’s hard to have a lot
life can be harsh and cruel, and I deeply empathize with every single person trying their best.
please, take care of yourself.
you’re a lovely, wonderful human who will make it,
just like you have, many times before.
be kind to yourself.
be kind to each other.
it’s only a win if we win together.
