@cromaretail If your costomer care office or croma store ac not working properly then what time you will take to repair. I think if your cabin box is not working properly you will repir in 1 day or if not repiar in same day you all will take you all cant stay in office or store

@cromaretail No mail reply no call back still my fault? 769 rs is for what? Just to say that my parts are damage?charges MD docter and taking show much time 15 days is short time to repiar or replace my ac parts.

@cromaretail Worst costomer care service worst kandivali croma staff are very rude and misbehave. I was trying to take general ac but your crome store person sell fake promises

@cromaretail See i have register a complain on 7 june and today is 17 june. When i have purchased your they told any repair case will solve in 24 hour aur any parts replacement they will solve in 1 or 2 days now your are saying parts not avialbe it will take 15 days.

@cromaretail You can also call me nobody as call when ever i call costomer care number they always say they will call u in 2 hour 4 hour still i didnt received any call from your side

@cromaretail Can you please explan me if my ac is not working if i ask for repair or change of any parts how many you will take. The aproval you are saying me you can ask your costomer care executive they told me it take 15 day is the fastest repair ?
