therapists agree that counting calories to feel in control is a good step towards my binge eating recovery. they also support me losing weight. i am in recovery. don't confuse my calorie counting and weighing myself as being disordered

boyfie kept asking about what i am going to eat and asking detailed of what i am going to put in it and now i feel so anxious about eating i want to cry

@luvvvbbuggg paci/sippy, coloring, watching cartoons, talking to sibbies, doing self care, eating off of children's plates, having someone be nice to me, pet names, hugging stuffed animals, wearing cute outfits, tw: sometimes taking care of myself after sh makes me regress (any form of care)
