@lordgeezuz oh for sure. i think the appeal in sludge is that its just so absurdly authentic and gritty. even if say taylor swift made a 1-1 copy of an eyehategod album i still would question it because it seems disingenuous knowing her background

@chocokitty0560 exactly!! that’s why it’s always read as disingenuous whenever these pop singers try an ‘alt’ phase and it’s just a collab with mgk… i would only trust an ex-pop artist if they made a sludge metal album fit with stoner metal lyrics and album cover, anything else is disingenuous.
