In the U.K. this is only offered by the NHS to those 65 plus.

@RaeMieA @DrEricDing I’ve had shingles 4 times in the past 4 years. I can’t get the vaccine anywhere in the Uk as I’m told it’s not licences for under 50’s! 🤷‍♀️

@DrEricDing Personally I think if you’ve had shingles already you should be able to get the vaccine no matter how old you are. I really, really don’t want to have it again. It was more painful than my unmediated childbirth.

@DianaBr95650186 @Simon1974_s My dad has sarcoidosis, Heart condition, asthma, lung issues and numerous other conditions. Most brought on since her had Covid in 2021. Can’t walk more than a few steps without being out of breath.Doesn’t quality. Double checked with doctors twice. Now going to pay £100!

You’re an absolute disgrace. Only those 75 or over now qualify and you have removed people with chronic lung conditions such as COPD. Those people now have to pay around £100 to have it privately.

@Ruth_E_Hill This is no different today than 10 years ago when my nan fell outside her house. She was waiting for than 4 hours multiple times for an ambulance.

My 88 year old neighbour - Marion, fell outside my garden gate and hit her head hard and has almost certainly broken her hip. Called for an ambulance, 4 hours minimum they said. 88 years old in the hot midday sun , on the boiling tarmac and they said don’t move her! 4 HOURS MINIMUM. Apparently we could have expected up to 10 hours! We’re in a very small community (quite similar in some ways to the Kibbutz in Israel my family are from) and so J called the fire bobbies for a first responder. They explained the severity and she had an ambulance within 45 minutes. This is Britain under Labour. She’s on her way to hospital now. Our greatest fear is that she’ll be left to lie in a corridor - for how long? I cried while I watched this play out - She could have been my mother, your mother or grandmother. How can I make a difference to bring change? What can I do to help fix this issue? @Keir_Starmer @KemiBadenoch @RupertLowe10 @BBCPolitics @Channel4News ANYONE.

A report by Surfers Against Sewage has found sewage was discharged by Dwr Cymru nearly 120,000 times last year - more than any other water company in the UK.

We were promised action; all we get is betrayal. In 2023 water companies in England and Wales spent 4,608,494 hours dumping sewage into the environment. @Ofwat say if you get a 1 star environment rating your bonus will be banned. Q: How many water industry fat cats do you think would get their bonuses banned for dumping 4,608,494 hours worth of sh*t into the environment in 2023? A: None. Every single bonus would be paid. What a shambles!
